To meet the requirements by the export market, Tra factories in the Mekong Delta have to choose good, clean and white fish fillets… and then put each product into freezers (ice-plated fillet).

Usually, it takes from 7 to 10 minutes to have frozen fillet products. Ice-plated, the fillet is easily packed for export and kept fresh when reaching consumers around the world.
